It’s indeed made by the meeting of the seafood with the unique products of the inland.
Its ethics? Handmade, homemade by our Chef Sami and his staff.
And it uses the seasonal products of our organic farm Tèra de Prie, starting with extra virgin Taggiasca olive oil, Presidio Slow Food dell’Olio Extra Vergine Italiano.
In the dining room you will find the Maitre Daniele and his staff, ready to fulfill your food and wine desires and any needs arising from intolerances.
At lunch you can choose from the daily menu or à la carte menu, from a light and quick salad to a tasty traditional dish.
At dinner, you can choose from the daily menu, included in the half board treatment. Tagliatelle, gnocchi, fresh pasta, cakes and even ice cream are homemade.
In the wine list you will find our favourite local labels, such as Vermentino and Pigato, the highest expressions of a territory where the sea meets the mountains. The menu is curated by our family sommelier, Nicola, together with the maitre Daniele. You can even book a winery visit with your favorite producer!
