Handmade, homemade. Using seasonal products of our organic farm, Tèra de Prie,  starting from the extra virgin olives ‘taggiasche’.
The kitchen of our hotel is led by the passion of Chef Dante that offers both typical Ligurian recipes, but also Italian and international. In the dining room there is the Maitre Daniele and his staff are ready to fulfill your gastronomic desires: every day you can choose between several first and second. In the wine list you will find local bottles, like “Vermentino” and “Pigato”. Tagliatelle, gnocchi, fresh pasta and even ice cream are homemade.
